The ship wasn’t carrying any special or vital things nor it was to deliver some of the astronauts back to Earth but it’s failure means that some of the astronauts will have to stay on the station till June.

The initial plan for the spacecraft was to burn after entering Earth’s atmosphere. The next flight is scheduled not earlier than June, 19. Meanwhile, Roscosmos plans to send a resupply mission again at the end of June or at the start of July.
