These updates include functions that collect data of the users’ actions and send them to Microsoft.

These are the updates, named KB3068708, KB3022345, KB3075249 and KB3080149. Moreover, these updates ignore the privacy settings on the device and immediately start the connection with Microsoft servers.

But at the moment, these updates aren’t obligatory and it means that the user can either reject them or delete if they are installed already and the OS won’t be able to install them automatically.

It was reported earlier, that Microsoft included spying functions in it’s new Windows 10 that are hard to get rid of. And even owners of the torrent trackers started closing their resources for machines with Windows 10 on board as the company has the right to send the information about its users to any third party company.
