The Boston Celtics were pushed away by the Cleveland Cavaliers, which have moved on the second round of the NBA playoffs on Sunday. Although their hopes for a title are under threat.

Kevin Love had his shoulder dislocated by Kelly Olynyk from the Celtics in the first quarter. It looked like Olynyk hooked and held Love’s arm to prevent the rebound and later, when Love tried to made himself free, he pulled his shoulder out of his socket. After that accident, Love immediately ran to the locker room and didn’t return to the playground.

Love is sure that Olynyk did it on purpose, because the opponent was in a compromising position with having no chance to get the ball.

Olynyk denied everything and claimed that he would never intentionally hurt anyone. He said that they both were just locking up arms of one another as they were fighting for a loose ball.

For the Cavaliers it’s a devastating injury and for the Love it’s the worst time to go down, since the resurgent Bulls looming in round two. The extent of his trauma will be unknown till the further tests, but he could miss the significant game. Sports injury expert, Jeff Stotts, noticed that some NBA players have come back from a dislocated shoulder in a nearly two weeks, while others have missed up to 57 games.
