A school student was sent home on the last day of school for the improper outfit.
18-year-old Evette Reay was sent back home on the last day at school for wearing a “too short” dress that day.
Evette said that when choosing the outfit for that day she was aiming at the outfit which would make her feel adorably according to the advice, she read in the Seventeen magazine.
I found out in the journal that I have to wear things I like the most, and I wanted to feel myself stunningly on that day
– said Evette.
Following the advice, Evette picked up a nice short-sleeved, light-green apparel with sandals on her legs.
But a teacher in the school probably had a different idea about feeling perfect, and when it was only half an hour left to the end of the school lessons, she told Evette that she should go home, because of her improper dress. She referred to the rules of the school, which say that dresses, skirts or other apparel should at least cover the knee cap.
Evette admitted wearing a dress that didn’t match those rules. She said that her apparel wss a few inches shorter than school rules say it should be, but when choosing it she was thinking about the outfit that would make her feel like being on top of the world.
It should be noted, this isn’t the first case of inappropriate outfit in schools. Earlier a few students were suspended from school classes or even a prom celebration for wearing an outfit that didn’t match the school rules.
