Waco’s local motorcycle dealer closed and authorities asked bike lovers not to ride on public roads, as a result of the gunfight that took place in the restaurant in Waco, Texas. Police even organized special posts to control the kilter in the city. Meanwhile, authorities didn’t mention, how long this objection would last, and asked bikers again, to stay off the roads as it is hard for police forces to make a difference between bikers that obey the law and criminals.

The other side of the conflict, bike riders said that ordinary citizens have nothing to worry about as such incidents are a rarity, rather than a rule. The defenders of the bike movement said that bikers aren’t as bad as they seem to be, and as an example, they said about the charity work, biker organizations carry out.

Not everyone who is looking “bad” is a criminal, and vice versa, not all “good” people are exemplary citizens

– one of the Waco inhabitants said in the interview.

As for the Waco’s Harley-Davidson store, it has been closed on the police request. And on the Facebook page they explaine that they will reopen again when police says that it is safe.

Twin Peaks restaurant, the place of the incident, says that it cancels all biker-related occasions for the time of the investigation. Several other places of entertainment in Texas also suspended different celebration occasions for some time.
