Rusty and Ashlee Lish, parents of their 5-year-old child, were accused of misconduct. As officials have found out, the parents left a 22-caliber firearm visible for their child. As a result of it, child’s 5-year-old friend Noelle Shawver was killed last year while children were spending time together. The tragedy happened at the Lish house in Chubbuck, Idaho.

This week the agreement was made. The Lishes plead themselves guilty on conditions that the accusation will be delayed. They also want the case to be dismissed in two years. That means the couple agrees to meet conditions of legal agreement.

First of all, the parents need to attend the courses of parenting. Secondly, they are to pay about $30,000 to the Shawver family. Lishes also have to complete a community service project. Within the project, Rusty and Ashlee have to create a presentation about the danger of guns, their proper handling and storage.

During the period of the project, it is forbidden for Lishes to possess firearms.

On Friday, Lishes lawyer could not be contacted for further details on matter.
