A representative of the Massachusetts Department of Correction Christopher Fallon refused to give any comments on the matter. He said revealing any information about inmates is forbidden.

Hernandez has been into troubles behind the bars not only once. While he was waiting for his murder trial, he managed to dress into a brawl of some detainee at the Bristol County jail.

On Thursday, Hernandez may be set a trial date for his double-murder trial that happened in Boston. The reason of it are deaths that occurred in July 2012.

In April 2013, Hernandez, who played for the NFL’s New England Patriots, was sentenced to life for shooting at Odin Lloyd.
