Suddenly he heard Siri, saying something illegible from his butt pocket. It looks like Sam unintentionally launched Siri with his butt and she asked, how she could help him which is a lucky case. Siri has much to be worked on yet but nevertheless, she recognized Sam’s voice and dialed 911. When dispatcher heard Sam’s situation, he immediately contacted the rescuers who freed the man from under his car.

It looks like Siri is well trained to recognize emergency words such as ‘police’ or ‘911’.

Unfortunately it’s not clear to the end, in what condition Sam is now, but this story is the one with the happy end. And it should serve as an example of the saying ‘The one that is crying for help, will be heard’.
