In her interview to ABC news, girl told that it happened on Friday evening. And the next morning, at 7.30, she had to be at her Guilford College graduation. When girl headed for the hospital with her fiance and best friend, people at the next table understood what just happened and started cheering.

A baby, whose name is Milo, was born by 11:57 that night. At the moment of the birth, his weight was 5 pounds, 7 ounces. Even though Juliet was just over the moon, she was forced to miss her graduation ceremony.

She was a bit upset about that fact as she was sitting in the hospital and everybody else was having fun and enjoying one of the most important moments of lifetime. But Juliet couldn’t be that upset, as her new born baby was just perfect.

Dean and students of Guilford was just going to deliver Smith her diploma. But their planes had changed. One professor brought a tube to play “Pomp and Circumstance”, as well as “Happy Birthday” song for Milo. Another professor performed a little processional and the nurses cheered her. Students brought some drinks and a cheesecake.

Juliet Smith said that was so incredible that she still couldn’t believe that happened.
