A student managed to fire two shots from a fully loaded revolver at North Thurston High before being stopped by the local teacher.

Luckily nobody died or got injured in this accident. Police came as soon as they could after receiving a 911 call about gunnery in the school. According to the witnesses’ testimony, a 16-year-old student of this school with a cigar in his mouth, being at the lobby on the second floor of the school-building, fired a shot into the ceiling and then went to the general area and fired another shot into the ceiling. A nearby teacher, Brady Olson, hit the shooter on the ground and with the help of the principal kept the rampaging teenager on the ground till the police arrived and handcuffed him.

The shooter is now being held in the state detention center till the investigation on his case will be finished. School representatives said that the teenager was questioned by the detectives and he said that he didn’t have any intentions to hurt someone. Meanwhile, police searched his home and confiscated all cell phones and computers to find the possible motive for the act. They also found another gun at his home, but both guns were legal and registered on his parents that agreed to cooperate with the police.
