The recent research in the university of Northumbria in England studied people who suffered from insomnia. Scientists made them meet a therapist for a one-time session that lasted one hour on which they talked about their bedtime manners. The results were incredible, 73% of the non-sleeping people had a better sleep after the session.

Some of the critics on the internet didn’t believe that it took only 1 hour to solve the sleeping problem in the majority of the examinees. And they can be understood as it takes longer to fall asleep at some nights.
