Policemen came to the park, after the call to 911 about someone, going with a gun in the park. But, unfortunately for the little boy, policemen thought that the airsoft weapon in boy’s hands was real and one of them started shooting. The youngster died in the hospital from gun injuries a while later. The officer that shoot the boy appeared to be Timothy Loehmann.

The FBI agent that was talking to Loehmann after the accident recalled that the police officer was confused. He also added that the policeman was like a guy, who was in a very complicated situation and had to make a quick decision. The agent also noted that Loehmann started to talk spontaneously without him asking the officer to do that.

The court made a decision on Tuesday and said about possible charges against the officer about murder, carelessness, and homicide.
