Blues legend BB King’s business manager was accused of financial and welfare abuse, though a Las Vegas judge has rejected that claim. Laverne Toney, King’s manager, is still going to be responsible for the financial affairs of the the 89-year-old star.

Toney was recently accused of stealing King’s money and neglecting his medical care by musician’s children.

The judge stated that investigation hadn’t found any evidence of abuse. The Family Court Hearing Master, Jon Norheim, said that Mr King has the lawyer. He also added that he didn’t lack capacity although he had some serious health issues. King, who suffers from diabetes and now under home-hospice care did not take part in it.

Previously, legendary singer had to cancel his tour in October because he was feeling sick during the show. Later he was diagnosed with dehydration and exhaustion.

King’s daughter, Karen Williams, said that they had lost the battle. Then she added they hadn’t lost the war. Shirley King, his elder daughter, said that this quarrel had been a total disrespect towards her father. She added that her father would never want it.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is one of the greatest musicians of all time. His best-known hits are ‘The Thrill is Gone’ and ‘Every Day I Have the Blues’.
