More than 5 000 Americans took part in the experiment, but don’t think that those were members of Match.com, no. Among the surveyed were representatives of the population at large, they all were completely different starting from age and race and ending with sexual orientation.

43% of surveyed stated that they had such experience of falling in love with an unattractive person because of his/her sense of humor, point of view and so on.
