‘Look Into Your Heart’ was recorded by famous trio at Abbey Road studios with Sir Mick performing backing vocals and Wood playing the guitar. The song was written by Matt Clifford and produced by Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason. Besides, a 100-strong choir of Save The Children supporters, who won the opportunity for once-in-a-lifetime chance to sing next to the rock and soul legends in a charity auction, was also participating in its recording.
The time of all professional artists and music partners such as Horus Music and Specific Music was donated for free.
Knight, the lead vocalist, said that these dreadful events in Nepal just proved us how vulnerable a human being can be in the face of nature. Also he hopes that proceed of ‘Look Into Your Heart’ will help in some way to raise such an urgently needed finance for repairing the houses and restoring lives in Nepal.
Ronnie Wood, the Rolling Stones legend, also added:
I am delighted that this recording made by us for Save The Children will help with the Nepal Appeal
‘Look Into Your Heart’ costs £0.99, which is already available for download on iTunes, with all profits going to Save the Children’s Nepal Earthquake Appeal.
