The 30-year-old Great Gatsby star showed her growing baby bump, while walking on the red carpet of the 2015 Tony Awards in New York City on Sunday, June 7. She had a spectacular look in her oxblood color dress without straps, trying to hide her cute little belly.

The actress was nominated for Best Leading Role Performance for her starring in Skylight. Besides, that movie won Best Revival Play on Sunday. However, the honor was given to Helen Mirren.

Talking about the Mulligan’s pregnancy, the couple hadn’t been planning an official announcement, but it happened. However, the actress hasn’t stopped working yet. Her current project is about to end soon, so the future parents were thinking about coming back to England. At the moment, everybody around her support Carey and trying to help her in every way.

Mulligan and Mumford, who were pen pals once in childhood, married in 2012 in England. Their marriage seems to be completely idyllic, according to Sienna Miller, Carey’s close friend.

Mulligan doesn’t like to talk about their relationship with the husband, so she tries to keep her marriage private.

Although Sienna Miller pleasantly filled in the blanks.

They have chickens and a dog, and roasts and friends, jams by campfires. It’s sort of idyllic. Marcus can headline Glastonbury and Carey can be nominated for however many Oscars, and then they come back to their farm, and they’re in big woolly jumpers and funny hats, raising piglets. It’s an amazing balance they’ve managed to strike. I can’t wait for a little baby to come along.

– narrated the Factory Girl actress, Miller, in the interview with Vogue.
