The first trailer to the movie about Lance Armstrong has been released

The upcoming movie will tell the viewers the story of Lance Armstrong, the cyclist that won the famous Tour De France race 7 times in a row. Of course, this isn’t the first documentary film about Armstrong, as earlier we had an opportunity to see The Armstrong Lie or Stop at nothing: The Lance Armstrong Story, but nevertheless this is the first movie that will tell the story from a different point of view.

The upcoming picture got the title, ‘The Program’.

All actions in the movie are spinning around two main characters, Lance Armstrong (Ben Foster, famous for the Lone Survivor and 3:10 to Yuma) and David Walsh (Chris O’Dowd, known for the Bridesmaids and St. Vincent) who played a major part in the dope investigation.

The movie is made in a rather dramatic style and the director of the picture is Stephen Fears, the man that was nominated for the Academy Award prize twice. The first trailer of the movie was released with a brief description about the actors that are participating in the picture and the general plot of the movie about a man that managed to persuade everybody in his innocence and heroicness by winning the most prestigious bicycle race in the word seven times since 1998.

Unfortunately, the date of the release wasn’t voiced yes.
