The authorities have decided to give Williams’ wife and her older children two month to solve the disagreement over the actor’s property.

A San Francisco judge have given Williams 8 weeks to settle the dispute over actor’s belongings. There are about 1,200 of personal items. In addition to money for maintaining one of Robin’s houses, 300 items are still being argued about.

Susan Schneider Williams, Williams’ widow, wants to keep actor’s tuxedo, the one he wore for their wedding, a pair of his slippers, T-shirts and boxer shorts.

Their marriage lasted for 3 years. Then, in August 2014, actor committed suicide.

Two sides of the conflict need to decide what amount of money should be given to Schneider Williams to keep actor’s house, regarding she gets enough money to maintain it during her life.

Majority of the estates were given to Zachary, Zelda and Cody, Robin’s children from previous marriage. In December Schneider Williams asked to exclude some of actors items from their homes.

In response, Robin’s children claimed that his widow was “adding insult to a terrible injury”. They are also convinced that she is trying to rob the things, their father left them to have.

Schneider Williams had suffered a lot since her husband passed away. Her lawyer described her as “an emotionally grieving widow who is trying to honor her husband”.

According to him, actor left his children and previous wife more than $100m, so the things Schneider is asking for are really tiny.
