In spite of numerous selfies, tabloid covers and all those bandage dresses, the Kardashians became interested in social changes.

Bruce Jenner, a stepfather of Kardashian sisters, in his recent interview, when he revealed the truth about being transgender, said that all their family was really going to change the world or just to make a difference in it. Also he added that the thing is, they really just might.

Next week a two-part special intimate conversation that Jenner had with his family, while discussing his transition, will be aired by  “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”. Actually nowadays, after the famous family had been spending the whole time filming their TV-show and living in front of camera for raising money, their activity seems to be less promotional.

Kim Kardashian, while signing for her new selfie book on Tuesday, said it was very important for her stepfather to capture all those moments and be able to persuade people to understand that it’s all right to have every emotion. Besides, she added that they just filmed it to help other families to go through what her family were going through the last few days.

Kardashian’s selfie book may be called Selfish, but this time actually more selfless endeavors had been pursued by celebrity author. She chattered with fans about her newborn passionate to mental health issues, while participating in Google hangout on Wednesday. It was just two days after her documentary RedFlag about mental health in the social-media age was aired on HLN.

I just started to see too many people around me suffer, and I couldn’t give them advice for where they should go to get help. And so I wanted to really inform myself and try to help inform other people and bring awareness to the issue

– said Kim and also noted that there’s still a stigma surrounding mental illness, which is something she wants to use her massive platform to end.
