An executive producer of the show, Robert L. Boyett, confirmed that Olsen sisters wouldn’t take part in the favorite sitcom along with most former cast.

On Friday, John Stamos wrote on his Twitter account that he understood that the twins were in a different place and wished them the best. The actor also hopes that they won’t be disappointed with everything they are about to do.

Stamos told the world about the new Fuller House on Jimmy Kimmel Live on April 20. However, Olsen twins, who played the role of Michelle Tanner, said to Women’s Wear Daily that they did not know about the new project.

Mary-Kate told WWD that they were going to talk to creators of the show and decide what to do. But, it seems they decided not to participate at all.

Fuller House will start with a reunion, then it will turn into a spin-off series.
