Famous Hollywood film producer is trying to save his little daughters’ life.
“Invincible,” “Miracle” and “McFarland, USA” producer Gordon Gray and his wife Kristen have two little girls. Unfortunately, both girls are suffering from severe deadly brain disease – Batten Disease. Although this disease is fatal, father Gray is trying to save his girls’ life. He counts on celebrities’ help.
The world stopped being so bright for the family from California when parents noticed that their 4-year-old Charlotte has some problems with motor skill. The couple visited dozens of doctors before they heard the terrible verdict: Late Infantile NCL Batten Disease CLN6. Right after that, their younger daughter Gwyneth, 2, was diagnosed with the same illness. In attempt to save girls’ life Gordon family created Charlotte and Gwyneth Foundation. It is aimed to raise $10 million for medical researches and creating cures for the disease.
We found out it was rare and fatal and we have been desperately been searching for our cure. We’ve been talking with an entire world of doctors that say cures that are available are years away. One doctor said he had a cure but years away. He said prepare your home for blindness with ramps and wheelchairs. We said it wasn’t acceptable
Gordon asked his famous friends, like Rihanna, Dwayne Johnson, Megan Fox, Mark Wahlberg, and Jessica Biel to share a video about his daughters in different social medias to rescue them.
Gray family is still far from their goal, so parents ask ordinary people to help them too by donating.
Our goal is cure our girls. We’re going to keep fighting. It’s unfortunate that these diseases are underfunded. We need people to donate so we can check the box and eliminate this disease that kills children
