When the overdose happened, Eminem decided it was high time he had changed his lifestyle. At that time, the rapper had problems with sleep and obviously with addiction to pills. But when he started running, it gave him a natural endorphin high he needed so much and helped him sleep as well.

Had I known it was methadone, I probably wouldn’t have taken it.
