There is nothing impossible for The Rock. Dwayne Johnson made an attempt to set the Guinness World Record for taking the biggest number of selfies in less than three minutes and succeeded at the world premiere of his new action-disaster film San Andreas in London.
Fans of the famous actor helped him to achieve the desired aim on the red carpet, where The Rock took with them 105 selfies in total, according to the Guinness World Records site report. People lined up to become a part of Dwayne’s exciting record attempt.
However, there were several rules that had to be followed to set a new Guinness Record. So before verifying Dwayne’s winning Mark McKinley, the official Guinness World Records adjudicator, checked whether the full face and neck of the participants were visible, the images’ focusing and the absence of blurring as well. Some selfies were disqualified but the total sum of 105 was accepted to achieve the record title.
The world premiere of action thriller San Andreas had been attended by its stars Dwayne Johnson, Alexandra Daddario, Carla Gugino and director Brad Peyton as well. The Rock performed in the film as a pilot of search and rescue helicopter, who tried to rescue his own daughter after the severe earthquake in California.
Dwayne Johnson captured the moment of his record-breaking triumph and shared it with fans on Instagram.
