Mark Wahlberg and Uma Thurman’s bodyguard in the past, Leonard Taylor, claims that his former employer, club vet Barry Mullineaux, had been forcing him to buy cocaine for fulfilling the requirements of the celebrity guests.
Tailor has filled a lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court against Barry, where he states that during the time, while he was working for Mullineaux, he was regularly compelled to buy cocaine for famous celebrity guests that were frequent visitors of the club. Later he added that the money for these ‘vip-services’ his boss had been taking from the cash register.
Ex-bouncer claimed that he had to buy drugs for such celebrities as Barron Hilton, John Mayer, Chris Evans and other. But these are not all accusations. The next charge is that Barry had scammed financial backers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars and had been paying to Leonard in the same fake money.
Now unemployed Leonard said that Barry was deeply in debts and he had been robbing his own clubs to repay them for a long time. Besides, he accused Mullineaux of the conspiracy with other clubs’ owners and celebrities not to hire Mr. Taylor because of criminal behavior and drug deals.
Mullineaux denied all the charges and said that neither of his accusations is trustworthy. Also he claimed that Taylor had been stalking him for 3 years, demanding money and threatening without any proofs. Previously, ex-bouncer had filed a $2 million civil lawsuit against Wahlberg but later dropped it.
A rep for Mayer said that all charges are completely untrue and Mr. Mayer’s attorneys will become involved. Reps for Evans and Hilton didn’t respond.
By the way, it is also Mullineaux, who owns the well-known Greenhouse club that in 2012 became a location of the infamous fight between Drake and Chris Brown’s entourages.
