The sixth season of famous TV show ‘Walking Dead’ has begun shooting. But an incident occurred to one of the actors.
Seth Gilliam joined the ‘Walking Dead’ team during the last season of the popular zombie drama. He played a role of a clergyman Gabriel Stokes. On Sunday morning in Peachtree City, Georgia, he was arrested.
Peachtree City police claimed that Gilliam was driving in his car on speed 107 mph in a 55-mph zone. Police officers also found a marijuana cigarette in the car.
Right after the accident, Seth was taken to the Fayette County Jail. The officer asked him whether he had been drinking. The actor admitted having 2 beers and a shot. Seth had a 0.107 blood-alcohol level. He was accused of driving under the influence, drug possession and speeding.
As it turned out, he was near Senoia, Georgia. That is the place where AMC shoots new episodes of ‘Walking Dead’.
Gilliam representatives refused to give any comments on the case. They also didn’t say a word whether his arrest would have an impact on production of the new season of ‘Walking Dead’.
