Previously, Rudd said that he was unsatisfied with the security at the party that took place in his restaurant Phil’s Place and denied the accusations against him, but later he found himself guilty in possessing drugs such as methamphetamine and cannabis. Prosecutors also accused him of threatening to kill the daughter of his ex-employee and they heard how he asked his comrade in the telephone conversation to take out one of the people he fired. He also proposed $153,000 or some of his property for fulfilling his earlier entreaty. Later Rudd is said to be threatening to “come over and kill” his ex-employee over the phone call.

The charges are based on one angry phone call.

– said Rudds attorney, Craig Tuck.

Rudd was released on bail until another court meeting in June. He faces 6 month for drugs possession and 7 years for threatening to kill.
